I don't know how many years ago this tradition started, but I'm still loving it! The first mother/daughter extravaganza was out of spite to our then bishopric. That year they decided to have a father/son camp out, but no mother/daughter. (Lame right?) So we decided to organize our own camp out with the ward ladies. But the following year when there was yet again no mother/daughter we decided that our mother daughter camp out was going to be our own thing. My mom and her good friends (along with the daughters) had a camp out, and we have progressed to "camp" in hotels. Over the years we have gone to Lake Tahoe, Hearst Castle, Santa cruise, just to name a few. So this year we went to North Shore Tahoe near Truckee. We road the gondolas, played some ping-pong, did a little shopping, hung out at the pool, and played a new CRAZY game. (It's called Curses, and you defiantly have to be in a silly mood to play) It was a fun weekend and it was nice to be with the ladies all weekend long. And thanks ladies for letting the bebe crash!
